can you bill for complex repair and graft on same wound?

Following a surgery, the doctor closed up the wound with a complex repair AND a graft. (Apparently he did a complex repair, but needed a little bit of extra skin to complete it, so he took a graft.) Can we bill for both the repair and the graft, or do we have to choose one or the other?
 
Have you considered a 22 mod? Not sure if it would apply based of the work done, but thought I'd throw that out there.
