Wiki Can you code 33227 and 33216 on same DOS?

I have a denial for CPT 33227 and 33216-59 where 33227 is being denied as Not covered when performed during the same session/date as a previously processed service for the pa tient.

Anyone have any advice on how to get 33227 paid?

Edit exists with 33216. 33227 is a Column 2 code. If both 33216 and 33227 are submitted, only 33216 will be paid.
