We had a case where two general surgeons in the same practice each did a mastectomy on a patient. Physician A performed 19303 with 38525 on the right. Physician B performed 19303 only on the left. I know that same practice and specialty cannot bill out as co-surgeons, so the question is can Dr. A be billed out as 19303-RT +38525-RT and Dr. B billed as 19303-LT?

Thanks in advance :)
