My provider is wanting to test some of his patients again but I am not finding information on how often this service can be provided. Can anyone help?

Thank you

Denise

There are no restrictions that I'm aware of on how often a provider can perform any specific service, however the more important question for you would probably be how often any particular insurance plan would pay for it. But to answer that question, you would need to look at the individual patient's plan coverage limitations and review that payer's policies. There isn't a blanket rule that would apply to every patient as to how often any particular service might be covered.
