Is anyone coding and billing for this procedure. And if so, any luck on getting reimbursed for this.

Which CPT/HCPCS codes are you using.

HCPCS S9092- Canolith repositioning, per visit

or

CPT 92700- Unlisted otorhinolaryngological service or procedure.

OH yeah, if your billing this out, what is your amount your billing for this procedure.

Canalith repositioning coding

Our Otologist uses CPT 97140 to bill for the Epley maneuver for vertigo patients and although this is a physical therapy code we do get paid for it as long as it is pre authorized in advanced by the carrier. Notes / dictation are sent in advance when obtaining the authorization.
