I need a diagnosis code for Hemolacria or Haemolacria (tears with bleeding). I can't find anything other than orbital hemorrhage which does not apply. Any suggestions?

consider H04.1 other disorder of lacrimal gland or H04.89 other disorders of lacrimal system. I would code the H04.1
How do lacrimal glands make tears?
The lacrimal gland produces tears which are secreted by the lacrimal ducts, and flow over the ocular surface, and then into canals that connect to the lacrimal sac. From that sac, the tears drain through the lacrimal duct into the nose.
