Help, can anyone tell me if I can bill a Pill-cam study-CPT 91110-that passes the ILEUM and reaches the CECUM as an INCOMPLETE study with a MODIFIER 53 (not 52) because provider states in the report that the prep was POOR with obscured views, precluding adequate visualization ?
