What are the correct CPT codes for:

"right & left cardiac cath with coronary angiogram and RIGHT ventriculography using Judkins. Total chronic blockage of LAD branch and a drug eluting stent was deployed"

93453, 93566, 92928 ??

This is hard to comment on without docuementation

93460- Includes Left Heart Cath (crossing the aortic valve for pressures) Left ventriculargram, and imaging of the coronary arteries (RCA,LAD,CIRC and ppropriate branches) The right heart catheterization evaluates the tricuspid and pulmonary valve function, measures pressures of the right atrium and ventricle, pulmonary artery, pulmonary valve stenosis, tricuspid valve stenosis, atrial and ventricular septal defects.

93566- is an add on code for a right ventricular anriogram

C9607 -If the LAD was a true Chronic Total Occulsion and documented as such with a DRUG ELUTING STENT

The 92928 code you listed is for a Bare Metal Stent in a regularly occluded vessel
