Hello,

Can someone tell me if it's ok to bill CPT 94780 (Car seat study 60 min) with a 52 modifier, if it's less that 60 mins?

The parenthetical note under the code says you cannot report it if under 60 min. Were there special circumstances that caused it to go under 60 min? Typically the CPT book with have a note to add modifier 52 on these time based codes when it goes under but I don't see a note for this.

No, the 94780 can only be used if it is 60 minutes
