Hello,

if anyone could help that would be awesome! I have been doing cardiology for two yrs but have just come across this procedure. Its listed underneath a cardiac cath but they didnt do a cath. they just did a cardiac flouroscopy, what can i bill for this procedure?..oh im doing the physician side not hospital.

hELLO,

Would need to review the report in see what was done. Occasionally one of our docs need to check for lead placement on a pacemaker and you can bill a fluoroscopy code for this.
