Wiki Cardiology coding question-use some help

I could use some help trying to see if there is a code I am missing while trying to code this OP note. The OP note list 4 procedures (and the physician came up with 6 codes!)
1. Left heart catheterization
2. Selective bilateral coronary angiography
3. left ventriculogram
4. Selective right illiofemoral angiography.

I am coming up with cpt code 93458 but not sure about #4 the illiofemoral angiography.

Can anyone verify correct coding ?

The right iliofemoral angio. was probably used for possible closure device. It is not billable.
