PLEASE!!CARDIOLOGY CODER HELP!!!During a Hybrid procedure by another physician,my Intervention cardiology physicians are asked to perform an "Intraoperative exit Angiogram"(the same service as codes 93563-93568) to view the other physician work to assure there is no problems or to spot a problem that could be handled before the procedure ends. We know they cannot bill the add-on codes alone, but can my physician bill for this at all? and if so what cpt code should we use?
