Has anyone billed for this procedure?
Poorly connected myocardium in the atrial walls; making heart unresponsive to atropine due to vagal denervation, with ablation to treat neuro cardiogenic syncope and functional bradycardia, instead of a pacemaker?
The set up is similar to a PVI, with mapping, ICE and transeptal access, (included IJ access as well as the usual femoral vein access) to pinpoint this area?
We are starting to perform in our EP lab, but have been unable to properly bill/code; as it is NOT for atrial fibrillation.
Any help, as always, is greatly appreciated.
thank you
