93452 has for left ventriculography. What if just left heart cath and no ventriculography?
 
When I code this in an encoder the ventriculography automatically comes through, so if this is just a diagnostic left heart cath, then the correct code that I'm getting would be 93452 (Left heart catheterization including intraprocedural injection(s) for left ventriculography, imaging supervision and interpretation, when performed).

Was there angiography?
