Wiki Cardioversion done in the office

Scenario: a patient with SVT is chemically cardioverted back to a normal rhythm in the office using ekg and adenosine, how would you properly bill for that? Cardionversions are generally done in an acute setting so my thinking is that we should only bill for the e/m service, ekg, IV administration of the drug and bill for the drug itself. Any help or guidance is appreciated.
