I need to know on how to bill the code G0181, its an home health care coding. I need to find out on when to bill the G0181. I normally received the Home Health Care Certification and Plan of Care form of the patient. However, I am not sure if I need to bill the G0180 which is the certification or the G0181 for the care plan oversight.
 
Regarding GO180

Hi dear,

If you only concern about recertification then use GO179, SOC then use GO180, if patient status changed consequently integration of new information into the medical treatment plan or adjustment of medical therapy in same episode then use GO181. I hope this will be help.
