We are an fqhc in maine and we bill for care plan oversights. The problem is all of our cpo's are in a "t" file in the fiss system. We don't know what to use for a revenue code or for a hcpcs/cpt code. Does anyone have any answers that will help us get these paid. Thanks michelle c.
