When a patient has Medicaid HMO - Caresource, does anyone know if you are still supposed to bill the 90461 with $0 fee for multiple component immunizations or just bill 90460 for each vaccine regardless of components? According to their Revised Billing Policy, it looks like they want it listed but with just a $0 fee.
Any thoughts?
