Wiki Carotid Endarterectomy w/Hemashield patch, Inahara-Pruitt shunt

I am trying to bill a LT carotid endarterectomy with Hemashield patch, Inahara-Pruitt shunt (modifer 22)

I know I can bill 35301-LT-22, but I am not sure what CPT code to use for the Inahara-Pruitt Shunt. Can someone help me?

I would use 37215 to code the additional shunt that was used.
