One of my surgeons performed a right common carotid to left common carotid bypass using a synthetic graft.
I found 35509 (carotid-contralateral carotid using vein), but he only used a synthetic graft, there was no composite graft comprised.
I also found 33891 that was transcervical common carotid to common carotid performed in conjuction with endo repair of descending thoracic aorta. But that is not the case either.
Can anyone help?
