Patient had an excision of 3 basal cell carcinoma of right ala, final size 1.0x1.5 cm with reconstruction with nasolabial flap (pedicle flap) and cartilage graft . I am looking at 11641, 14060,a?, or is 11641 bundled with 14060, and if so, what about the cartilage graft ? :confused:

Yes, the excision (11641) is included in the 14060, you can't bill separate.
Also, where was the cartilage from?
If ear cartilage use 21235,if from nasal septum use 20912.
