Our clients who are in IOP or IDP have a 1/2 hour session with their "program leader" about every two weeks to go over progress or lack thereof for the past two weeks and set goals for the next two weeks.

We are currently billing this as a 90804. Is this correct or is this considered more of case management that would have a different code?
