Just wanted a clarification. I have Q4001 -Q4051 as all the casting supplies availble..am i missing anything?

The Q codes are for Medicare and Medicaid billing and are only billed with application of casts, splints. A4580 for plaster and A4590 for fiberglass are for commercial billing and we charge per roll.

That is incorrect. These cast supply Q codes are recognized by every insurance I work with (Cigna, BCBS, Aetna, Humana...etc).

I'm pulling for them even though my husband is a die hard Red Sox fan, which makes him a Yankee-hater by nature. But the Phillies beat my Rockies (as did the Sox in the 2007 WS). Plus I think Joe Girardi is adorable
