Should we be submitting CAT II codes such as 3077F, 3080F, 3052F and the like on claims AFTER the blood pressure or A1c was performed? Example, for A1c, if the test was completed on 8/1/23, would you submit that code on a subsequent claim, such as 10/15/2023? Same for the blood pressure CAT II codes. I do see the FUD notation but no surgical procedures associated. Thanks.
