When you perform a CT of the abdomen and pelvis with contrast do you report BOTH codes 74160 and 72193?

Likewise if you perform a chest/abdomen/pelvis do you report three seperate codes???

Payers may have policies that pay something less than that, but it is correct coding to do so.
