The doctor may have used that procedure (CPT 76519) to determine the correct power of the Intraocular Lens to be placed during the Cataract surgery.

I have another one with "Anterior vitrectomy" and "Lateral canthotomy" done on the same date of service with "Phacoemulsification of cataract, left eye/posterior chamber implant".
Does anyone know if "Vitrectomy" and "Canthotomy" are included in 66984, or reported separetely?

I already got the answer of my own question.
"Canthotomy" is included in 66984 and "Anterior Vitrectomy" needs to be coded as 67005 with modifiers 51 and LT.
