Hello,

Does anyone have any insight on how often you can bill the Cat II codes? Is it once a year for reporting purposes? Or can they bill each visit. I cannot find any guidelines anywhere regarding them. More importantly, their use in an FQHC.
Any help or information would be greatly appreciated!!
