Happy New Year fellow coders!

I billed a 92973 for the Thromectomy which is an add on code. Since the interventionalist did only this procedure, he does not have a primary code.
I am advise to bill 92995/96, but that is for Atherectomy. My CSI
coding book says not to confuse the 2 as one if for atherosclerotic plaque and the other a clot. The documentation clearly states: thrombectomy.
I'm looking for any advice.
