hello everyone! i have a question. with the old cath codes we had to attach a -59 modifier to 93510 when a stent or balloon was billed as well. so with the new cath codes do we still attach a -59 modifier when a stent or balloon is billed at the same time? if anyone knws please respond. your help is greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.
 
There are no CCI edits in place for when 93458 and 92980 are billed on the same date.

I haven't been putting a -59 on my diagnostic caths.
