Could someone please tell me if the following can be bill in addition to a CABG or if it is bundled? If it is billable, what code would you use for it?

Cannulation sutures were placed in the ascending aorta and right atrial appendage. The patient was cannulated with a 21 French wire reinforced aortic dispersion cannula and 36/46 French two stage venous cannula through the right atrial appendage. A retrograde cardioplegia catheter was inserted into the coronary sinus through the substance of the right atrium. A anterograde cardioplegia catheter/aortic root vent was placed in the ascending aorta. After an adequate ACT was achieved, cardiopulmonary
bypass was commenced.

No, they are not separately billable. Those catheters are used to place the patient on cardiopulmonary bypass which is an integral part of the CABG procedure and therefore not separately billable.
