Catheter Change CPT if patient brings own supplies

New situation for me.....A patient needs either a Urinary Cath change or a SP tube change. In the past we would provide the catheters, bags et for these and bill 51702 or 51705 respectively. Now the provider wants to have the patient bring their own supplies for this service. Would we still bill 51702 or 51705 (depending on which one done)? Do we need a modifier? Do we bill something all together different? It's always been my understanding that these codes include supplies if the change is done in the office so I am stumped and hoping some else has run across this scenario.
