There has been some talk in my office about being able to bill for catheter leg bags on patient who have indwelling catheters. My understanding has always been we are not able to bill for supplies that are included in a cath change which is billed as 51702. Does anyone have any reference material that will definitely prove one way or the other?

Any help is greatly appreciated! I look to forward to all the responses.
