Catheterization of renal arteries

Based on this paragraph in the report, would you report 36252 or 36254?

A SOS-II catheter was also inserted and the left renal artery was selectively catheterized. A left renal arteriogram was obtained. The right renal artery origin was selectively catheterized and right renal arteriogram was obtained.

You want 36252 for renal arteriogram.
