Wiki CBC denials. 85025

We have received a couple denials for a CBC from NGS. The problem most of the time is if Z0000 is used as a dx they deny as PR as they don't cover prevent services and a few for other diagnosis. Normally there is another diagnosis to use based on documentation and we send a replacement claim with the other diagnosis and it gets paid.
