Wiki CCI Edits for Add-On Codes

My colleagues and I are having a debate as to whether the CCI Edits for a Primary Code would also apply to the Add-On code?

For example:
63075- C4/C5
63076- C5/C6
63081- C4
63082- C5
63082- C6

The edits clearly state that 63075 & 63081 are conflicting. But what about 63076 & 63082? I would assume that the logic suggests that it's still a conflict. However, CCI Edits don't include these in the book.
Any advice?

this is how i read it; since you can't have 63076 or 63082 without 63075 or 63081 there is no need to list these codes, am i understanding right?
