Can anyone explain to me what a CCI edit is? How do you find the list? I went on Cms website and it will not let me in unless I sign up for Zip??? I keep getting denials on anesthesia code 00952 stating it is inclusive to 58558. The anesthesia was administered by a CRNA group that we use and the hysteroscopy/polypectomy was performed by the physician. How can they be inclusive? Please, I need some help.:confused: thanks!!
