Can anyone tell me where I get a manual or cd on the CCI edits and how to use them? I keep seeing people talking about CCI edits and I don't know much about them.

Save this website to your favorites, and that should be all you need. I do believe you can order books, but since the edits are updated quarterly, that would kind-of be a waste, IMO.
