CCM: Can we bill 99490 & 99491 in the same calendar month?

Our physician has spent 30+ minutes (99491) in addition to the clinical staff time of 20+ min (99490) in regards to CCM. The guidelines and CCI edits only specify that it cannot be billed on the same DOS. However, can we bill 99491 & 99490 on a separate DOS in the same month?
