I work for a practice that sees elderly and disabled patients in their private homes, assisted living communities and personal care homes. We bill codes 99324 through 99380 in place of service 12. 13. 32. Can anyone clarify whether these services can be offered via telehealth and if they can be performed by ancillary medical staff such as an RN or LVN. Also, since they are a non-face-to-face code, would they be billed under POS 11? Thanks.
