Can we assign a separate CPT code for cementoplasty directly following ablation of a bone lesion? If yes, what code would be used?

For example, the patient has an oteoid osteoma in, say, the femur. The physician performs percutaneous ablation of the lesion, ie. CPT code 20982. The physician then performs a cementoplasty by percutaneously filling the defect with cement which will stabilize the bone, provide mechanical support, and reduce chronic pain. I know CPT Assistant published (Dec 2012) not to separately code placement of bone void filler with fracture repair but I'm not sure that applies here since there isn't a fracture per se. I am leaning toward assigning 20982 for the ablation plus separately assigning unlisted code 27599 for the cementoplasty. Please let me know what you think, I appreciate the guidance!
