Pt has a HD catheter in right internal jugular vein:

The area of the tunneled catheter skin exit site was infiltrated with local anesthetic. Under fluoroscopic guidance as stiff angled Glidewire was place into each catheter lumen and positioned into the IVC. The old catheter was removed. A 10 french x 25 cm sheath was advanced over one of the wire and positioned into the distal internal jugular vein. Venography via the sheath showed SVC with focal moderate stenosis. The SVC was balloon angioplastied.

The a new tunneled catheter placed.

Would this be considered dialysis circuit same as AVF/AVG and coded with

Or how?

Thank you!

It is for central venous device section. It doesn't meanttion fistula in op report. I don't have 3M and CPT book with me. You assign catheter replacement via existing access, angioplasty for SVC stenosis, check if fluoroguidance is included or not
