Cerebrovascular codes (Hemorrhage & aneurysm)

Can you code 430 subarachnoid hemorrhage and 431 Intracerebral hemorrhage together? On few reports it states patient had both.

Also, how do you code choroidal artery aneurysm and vertebral artery atherosclerotic disease? I sequenced order needed when coding aneurysms with hemorrhage codes? such as patient had history of subarachnoid hemorrhage and being seen for aneurysm.
