Quick question. If a doctor is entering a diagnosis (it gives the corresponding code) into Powerchart on the clinical side, will that diagnosis print off somewhere in the event of a records request? Diagnosis being used is not documented in the test interpretation and trying to get something documented in the interp. Not used to the doctor being the person entering the diagnosis and the coder entering the test interp codes.
