Wiki Cervical cyst excision with polypectomy

Postoperative dx:
1. cervical polyp
2. cervical cyst
3. Endometrial polyp

Surgeon performed hysteroscopy D&C to remove cervical polyp, cervical cyst, and endometrial polyp.
I have 58558 for polypectomy. Can cervical cyst removal (57500) be reported separately in this case or is it included into 58558 since 57500 is defined as separate procedure?

57500 is not bundled into 58558. Since the cyst was on the cervix, I would try bill for it.
