I Have a surgeon that has been doing an open door cervical laminoplasty say at C4-7 and then also would do a superior partial laminectomy(removing the top 1/2 of the spinous process) at T1 and an inferior partial laminectomy at C3(removing the bottom part of the spinous process). I am not sure how to code this procedure: Would you code 63051 or 63051 with 63001-59 and 63003-59 or something else? Advice appreciated.
