What is the best way to code this? Do I use the single code 729.1 myositis or do I need to add another code indicating it is cervical myositis.
 
Myositis question

My doctor has written Traumatic myositis, cervical, thoracic, lumbar. Only code I see for myositis is 729.1. Any other suggestions?
