Good Morning, I need some assistance coding a cervical fusion surgery. The neurosurgeon performed a bilateral neurectomy on C2. I'm not sure what the CPT code would be for this procedure. He performed the procedure posterior. The CPT code would be 64772. Your help is greater appreciate. Thank you so much!
