Pre op dx: Posterior cervical wound infection
history of present illness: Past cervical lami and fusion a week ago. Found to have purulent drainage from the wound this morning.
Procedure performed:exploration of posterior cervical wound with irrigation and excisional debridement.

What codes do you advice ?please help
