Does anyone know of a book I can purchase that shows drugs that are used for dx codes? I am already familiar with drugs.com, rx,list, and webMD and am getting conflicting information. I am auditing and need to know drugs used for specific diagnoses given.

Ingenix (Optum Insight) has a tool called, "Coders' Drug Handbook". This is useful by supplying "typical" diagnoses for which a specific HCPCS code/drug is used.
