Hello coders,

What would be the codes for???
Change-out of a battery-depleted ICD generator and an attempt tp implant a new defibrillation lead....A new pocket was formed under the pectoralis major muscle and attempts to implant a new electrode was abandoned. Capture threshold were done as well.
